Service Description
RePlan North will conduct a detailed waste audit by sorting and weighing all waste in the project scope over 3 separate sessions. This will allow the annualization of data. As part of the compliant audit, we will develop a detailed, customized waste reduction plan for each waste stream to minimize environmental impact and enhance sustainability. Our plans incorporate innovative solutions and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency. These plans are compliant with Ontario Regulation 102/94, BOMA Best certification requirements, and LEED certification requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation All consultations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from RePlan North. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Appointments will be held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After that, the consultation may need to be rescheduled and could be considered a missed appointment. No-Shows Clients who miss a scheduled consultation without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Scope of Consultation Initial consultations are intended to assess your needs and determine the appropriate scope of services. A customized service proposal will be provided following the consultation, outlining next steps, timelines, and fees. Health & Safety Please ensure a safe and accessible environment for our visit. If there are any specific site requirements (e.g., PPE, site orientation), kindly inform us in advance.
