Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements Workshops must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for scheduling, preparation, and any necessary customization. Please complete the booking form with as much detail as possible, including group size, location, preferred dates, and any specific learning goals or topics of interest. Confirmation Your booking will be confirmed once we review your request and send a confirmation email. Final details will be coordinated directly with the designated contact person. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled workshop. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover preparation costs. Group Size & Supervision For student workshops, appropriate supervision must be provided by the school or organization. We may adjust content or group size to maintain an engaging and interactive experience. Please inform us in advance if your group exceeds the originally booked number of participants. Workshop Requirements Please ensure the workshop space is suitable for group activities and presentations (e.g., tables, chairs, access to a screen or whiteboard, etc.). If virtual delivery is requested, we will provide a platform link and technical requirements ahead of time. Accessibility & Special Considerations Let us know if there are any accessibility needs, language accommodations, or special considerations for your group so we can tailor the experience accordingly. Fees & Payment Workshop fees will be discussed during the booking process. An invoice will be issued following confirmation, with payment due prior to or on the day of the workshop unless otherwise arranged.
